Originated by several regional workforce housing coalitions with the purpose of coordinating and supporting local efforts to promote and encourage the production of new housing, the Workforce Housing Council's participating partners are comprised of a broad range of private and public organizations from around the state.
The WHC's steering committee is made up of representatives from two of the regional coalitions, the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation, New Hampshire Housing, the New Hampshire Community Loan Fund, Home Builders and Remodelers Association of New Hampshire, the New Hampshire Housing Forum, and Bank of America.
